I recently closed on a new 3-flat in the city of chicago, when the snow storm came and the snow started to melt, I was experiencing leaks and I reached-out to 'Shawn’ from chicago flat roof services. he came-out the same-day and fully examined the roof, and found that the roof was passed its age, he provided me with a quote that I think it was fair, for ‘new roof replacement’ so I went ahead and signed the contract and provided him with the payment upfront for material. Shawn and his team showed up the very next day to start work, they where fast, professional and very clean. a few rains came and NO LEAKS !! I would recommend ‘chicago flat roof service’ Shawn was very transparent with me provided me pictures before, during and after I’m happy to say my roof looks great! I will definitely used them again on future projects and will recommend them to friends and family.

I was sleeping and woke-up in the middle of the night do-to water-dripping over my head, and noticed water was coming from my heater-vent that is located on my ceiling in my room over my bed. I looked out-side and it was heavy rains and windy. I didn’t know what to do! So I reached-out to Chicago flat roof services. Around approximately 11:30 pm shawn answered quickly
Believe it or not but I told him my situation and came over 30 min later (FAST SERVICE). He looked at my roof and repaired my roof in the rain at 12:30 at night shawn was very transparent
And did a temporary-patch. he recommended that he will come back and do a full roof-restoration
Since we haven’t had any maintenance done to the roof. However… he came back the very next day and repaired my roof at a reasonable price. I recommend shaun at Chicago flat roof services
Because they are fast, professional and most importantly I can sleep at night knowing that I’d stay dry. Thanks shaun! For your service and i will recommend you to anyone who would need your type of service.

Sean was recommended from a family member.
he provided a program called (roof restoration) he patched the leaking areas and applied a waterproof liquid coating, he provided a 5 year warranty. His price was reasonable and worked in our budget, We went with Sean because he was friendly and responsive and was very confident on what he was talking about. Guess what? My roof is leak free! Thanks Chicago flat roof services. I highly recommend this company.
He saved us money from what other roofers quoted.
